Refunds & Guarantees

SOSH bundles are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Marketplace products carry the vendor's guarantee. Specific conditions apply for refund eligibility (30-day window, proof of purchase, and guarantee violation).

Fees & Payouts

Affiliate maintenance fee is ₦10,000/year. Vendor fee is ₦25,000/year plus a 10% commission per sale. Payouts are made weekly for affiliates and bi-monthly for vendors.
